Shipping and Returns

Who do you use for delivery/shipping?
All our deliveries are currently made using Singapore Post, both in Singapore and overseas.

How much will shipping cost?
For your convenience, shipping costs has been included in the product price already. You do not need to pay any extra.

When will my goods be dispatched?
We will endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 – 3 days of receiving the order. However if this cannot be done, we will email you as to why there may be a delay on your order. You will also receive an e-mail from us once your order has been dispatched.

What happens if my order is out of stock?
Our system is set up to detect and automatically remove items which are out of stock from the online store. However, if a situation arises where you have made a purchase online and we do not have the stock, we will email you to explain the situation, and give you the option to change or cancel your order and be refunded.

How long will delivery take?
Local delivery within Singapore usually takes 2-4 days. Delivery outside Singapore can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks, depending on destination.

My order has not arrived – what should I do?
If you have received your dispatch e-mail, and your order has not arrived within 5-14 days (depending on your destination) of e-mail receipt, please contact us and we will investigate for you.

What is your policy on returns?
We do our utmost to ensure that the quality and workmanship of the products we sell is of a high standard. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisifed with your order, please inform us. You will have the option to return the item unused within 14 days at your own cost and we will then process a refund of the order value.
